Dr Pang attended the European Orthodontic Society’s annual Congress (EOS 2025) in Poland in June this year. It was a special congress as it was the 100th one since the Society was founded in 1907; some meetings were interrupted of course by wars and other world events. The European Orthodontic Society’s key aims are to advance all aspects of orthodontics and its relations with the collateral arts and sciences for the public benefit, and seek the furtherance of orthodontics amongst all branches of the dental profession working in private practice, hospitals and universities.
The EOS 2025 scientific programme featured renowned keynote speakers and a wide array of high-quality oral presentations and scientific posters from leading orthodontic departments around the globe. In addition to the scientific sessions, the networking programme offered many opportunities to connect and share knowledge in an enriching cultural setting.
Dr Pang enjoyed the conference, and the trade show that was held at the same venue. Krakow is very beautiful and rich in history, and Dr Pang enjoyed seeing and exploring the city with its charming architecture and friendly people.
